Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive who will be responsible for assisting customers with technical queries while also ensuring the quality of products and services. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Excel, email writing skills, and a keen eye for detail to perform QA-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via email, phone, or chat regarding technical issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related problems.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain logs of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
Assist in software installation, configuration, and system updates.
Conduct manual testing of software and applications to identify bugs or performance issues.
Develop and execute test cases to ensure software meets quality standards.
Document and report defects, inconsistencies, and errors to the development team.
Work closely with developers to troubleshoot issues and verify bug fixes.
Use Excel for test data management, reports, and tracking QA metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
Strong email writing skills with professional etiquette.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of software testing concepts (manual testing, bug tracking tools).
