The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing, along with experience applying AI techniques to real-world problems. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Python and R, TensorFlow / PyTorch, YOLO, Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Experience with Model Deployment (Docker, Kubernetes), Version Control (Git), Big Data Tools (Apache Kafka, Flink, Cassandra), Hadoop, SQL, and NoSQL.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models to solve business problems.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate AI models into products and services.
Optimize and tune AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Stay updated with advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and apply them to projects where needed.
Work on data pre-processing, feature engineering, and data transformation for model training.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to AI models and pipelines.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality code and model accuracy.
Document AI models, workflows, and processes to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 2+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will help expand our clientele and contribute to the company’s growth through effective sales strategies and client management. Immediate joiners preferred.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or similar roles.
Experience in the IT sector is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients in the IT sector.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, exploring upselling opportunities.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions and services.
Prepare and deliver presentations of IT products/services to clients, incorporating digital marketing/SEO insights.

Associate Technical Architect

Position Overview:

The Associate Technical Architect will also support the development team in addressing technical challenges and ensuring the adoption of best practices. This role involves working closely with senior architects, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience as software architect
Experience in software development and coding in various languages (C#, .NET, Java, Python etc.)
Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture
Excellent knowledge of UML and other modeling methods
Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript
Understanding of software quality assurance principles
A technical mindset with great attention to detail
High quality organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications
Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interface of desired product
