Roles and responsibilities:
-
Offshore Dev for the Canada project.
-
Develop and maintain Front End application code and execution of front-end unit tests, leveraging industry-standard frameworks and tools.

Collaborate with UX, Business, Product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless releases of the product.
-
Ability to write re-usable code and templates, develop quick prototypes, develop proof of concepts as required.
-
Identify, document all development related items.
-
Ability to learn and work on any FE tech stack as per project demand.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior dev team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the quality assurance process.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, diploma or relevant education in IT / Computer technology.
-
3 to 5 years of proven experience with hands on in JavaScript, front-end frameworks like Angular, React, Vue (preferred React) etc.
-
3 to 5 years’ experience in working with state-management tool like Redux (preferred) or any other state-management tool.
-
1 to 3 years’ experience in working with Front-end tools and bundlers like Webpack, Babel, NPM etc.
-
Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines and DevOps practices related to Azure.
-
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and Scrum framework.
-
Knowledge in backend and databases – JAVA, Postgres, NoSQL is a plus.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
-
Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
-
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
