Position Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive who will be responsible for resolving technical queries and ensuring product quality. The ideal candidate must have strong proficiency in Excel, excellent email writing skills, and the ability to perform QA-related tasks. Freshers are welcome, and immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via email, phone, or chat regarding technical issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related problems.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
Assist in software installation, configuration, and system updates.
Conduct manual testing of software to identify bugs, performance issues, and inconsistencies.
Develop and execute test cases to ensure product quality meets required standards.
Document and report defects to the development team with clarity and accuracy.
Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and verify bug fixes.
Utilize Excel for test data management, reporting, and tracking QA metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
Excellent email writing skills with proper professional etiquette.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of software testing concepts and bug-tracking tools.
