Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 4+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, design technical solutions, and ensure the successful execution of projects.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Python, Odoo, Django, Flask, RESTful API, and SQL.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello.

Knowledge of DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Roles & Responsibilities:

Facilitate team collaboration and coordinate development efforts across different projects.

Resolve complex technical issues and implement improvements to enhance performance and reliability.

Manage project timelines, task assignments, and resource allocation effectively.

Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to coding standards.
